About Me

Welcome!

I’m Toni Snyder and I am so glad you stopped by. I live in St. Albert, Alberta Canada with my husband Dave and our dog Zoey.

I’m am a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and  holistic practitioner. Currently I work out of Karmaste Massage and Wellness, a beautiful clinic located in Riel Business Park in St. Albert.(www.karmastemassageandwellness.ca).

I offer a variety of sessions:  Massage Therapy, Reiki, Chakra balancing, Reflexology (foot, hand, face, ear), Akashic Records healing/reading sessions, Access Bars and Sound Healing with Tuning Forks. I teach Usui Reiki workshops. 

I began my Reiki journey in 2016… (after a girls weekend and a deck of cards. You will have to read the blog post to find out more) and have just been growing since then. I created Live-Laugh-Love Reiki shortly after I started learning Reiki as I was so excited to start sharing this gift. In 2018, I added Reflexology into the mix and so Live-Laugh-Love Reiki & Reflexology was born.  As I have added more modalities the name has evolved to Live-Laugh-Love Alternative Wellness.

I am registered with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC) and offer direct billing for massage for most insurance companies. 

I love helping people and enabling them to learn and  heal on their own healing journey. If I can be of any assistance to you, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Workshops and training sessions

I offer Usui Reiki Level 1, Level 2 and Reiki Master/Teacher workshops either privately or small groups. These can be done in person in St. Albert (or surrounding area) or online. If you are located out of town in Alberta and have a small group of people interested in taking the workshop, I will consider coming to your location.. All workshops include lifetime support from me.
