Reiki Sessions
Reiki is universal life force energy…Yeah I know what does that mean. It is energy…the energy that is all around us. Reiki is a gentle healing energy modality where energy is channeled through my hands into you allowing your body to heal itself from the inside out…body, mind and spirit..
Appointments are available in person or via distance. Session includes a discussion of Reiki and what to expect if it's your first appointment, a brief discussion of what your goals are for the session or any concerns, a relaxing Reiki session accompanied by music, a follow up discussion after and an email summary of session if requested. In a distance session, you are in the comfort of your own home (or wherever you may be) enjoying this treatment.

Akashic Records Healing Session
Akashic records can be thought of as a vast energetic library that contains your every action, thought, emotion, experience that has ever occurred in this lifetime and as well as your past lives. It is so much more than that....it's limitless. By having a Akashic records session, you can find much love and gentle healing. In this session I lightly touch 32 points on your head that when touched help release energy and blocks to allow you to move forward in life with ease and joy. SOUND HEALING WITH TUNING FORKS
Tuning Fork Therapy is a powerful, non-invasive healing modality for balancing the mind, body, and energy field. Tuning Forks are known to help relieve chronic pain and promote healing, and are extremely effective at clearing and balancing the chakras. We use up to 13 scientific medical-grade TFs that produce pure sound frequencies. This experience is not to be missed!

Chakra Balancing Healing Session
A Chakra Balance Healing session involves an assessment and clearing and balancing of main Chakras using a pendulum and crystals. We end the session with some Reiki. This session takes approximately 30-40 minutes. I can provide information regarding each Chakra and how to practice nurturing them if the client wishes. This session can provided in person or online.

Reflexology Treatments infused with Reiki
In a Reflexology session, the practitioner applies pressure to reflex points on the feet, hands, ears or face. Reflexology can wonderful for relaxation, stress reduction, pain relief, insomnia and so much more.
A Foot Reflexology session includes an assessment and discussion of your feet and any concerns, then I will work your reflex points on your feet and the points of any concern that correspond with the body/organs. We end the session with a foot massage and lotion/oil if desired.
A Hand Reflexology session includes an assessment and discussion of your hands and any concerns, then I will work your reflex points on your hands and the points of any concern that correspond with the body/organs. We end the session with a hand massage and lotion/oil if desired.
45-60 min $90 (foot )

A Face Reflexology session includes an assessment and discussion of your concerns, then I will work your reflex points on your head and face. This includes a scalp massage and neck stretch. Takes 20-30 minutes. Please note....certain restrictions apply please inquire before booking.
An Ear Reflexology session includes an assessment and discussion of your concerns, then I will work your reflex points on your ears and the points of any concern that correspond with the body/organs. Takes 15-20 minutes. Must remove all jewellery and hearing aids.
15-30 min (face or ear) $25.00
