Oncology Massage
I am beyond grateful to be expanding my services to include Oncology Massage at Karmaste Massage and Wellness.
This specialized, gentle approach to massage therapy is thoughtfully designed to support those who are currently undergoing cancer treatment, in recovery, or living with a history of cancer. Every session is adapted with care, safety, and deep respect for where you are on your journey.
Oncology Massage focuses on:

• Gentle pain and symptom relief
• Creating a safe space to simply rest
This offering comes from both advanced training and a heartfelt desire to support clients in a way that feels nurturing, informed, and empowering.
Reiki Sessions
Reiki is universal life force energy…Yeah I know what does that mean. It is energy…the energy that is all around us. Reiki is a gentle healing energy modality where energy is channeled through my hands into you allowing your body to heal itself from the inside out…body, mind and spirit..
Appointments are available in person or via distance. Session includes a discussion of Reiki and what to expect if it's your first appointment, a brief discussion of what your goals are for the session or any concerns, a relaxing Reiki session accompanied by music, a follow up discussion after and an email summary of session if requested. In a distance session, you are in the comfort of your own home (or wherever you may be) enjoying this treatment.

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle hands on technique that works with the central nervous system, more specifically the rhythm of the cerebrospinal fluid.
This gentle treatment is great for helping with stress reduction, relaxation, reducing chronic pain, reducing neck and back pain, migraines, fibromyalgia and so much more.

A Chakra Balance Healing session involves an assessment and clearing and balancing of main Chakras using a pendulum and crystals. We end the session with some Reiki. This session takes approximately 30-40 minutes. I can provide information regarding each Chakra and how to practice nurturing them if the client wishes. This session can provided in person or online.

In a Reflexology session, the practitioner applies pressure to reflex points on the feet, hands, ears or face. Reflexology can wonderful for relaxation, stress reduction, pain relief, insomnia and so much more.
A Foot Reflexology session includes an assessment and discussion of your feet and any concerns, then I will work your reflex points on your feet and the points of any concern that correspond with the body/organs. We end the session with a foot massage and lotion/oil if desired.
A Hand Reflexology session includes an assessment and discussion of your hands and any concerns, then I will work your reflex points on your hands and the points of any concern that correspond with the body/organs. We end the session with a hand massage and lotion/oil if desired.
45-60 min $90 (foot )
